This P500 Pro has been specially designed to be fitted into a Grade 2 Alarm System, giving you extra security in the home or office. This combination key safe has over 4,000 possible codes, making our wall-mounted key safes nearly impossible to crack. 

With added security features for an even higher level of protection, P500 Pro comes with an attack resistant lining and code cover to prevent accidental code changes. This makes it an ideal key safe for elderly people and those living with Dementia or Alzheimer’s.

Mechanically operated, this key safe doesn’t need electrical power or an internet connection to run, so you can enjoy safe and reliable access every time.

Please note: The Alarmed P500 Pro can be installed into a Grade 2 Alarm system; this must be undertaken by a professional, and is not a DIY alarm kit or standalone alarm. To maintain the security accreditation, P500 Pro should only be installed on brick, blockwork or good quality concrete.

For everyday use, the key safe door can be linked to your alarm system just like your front door. This means you can access your keys easily when the system is disarmed, while any unauthorised opening when the alarm is set will instantly raise the alert.

Grade 2 intruder alarm system integration - how it works:

The unit is supplied with two built-in magnets and two wired magnetic switches. These can be configured as a permanent 24-hour tamper circuit on the body of the safe. This means that any attempt to remove, damage, or interfere with the unit will immediately trigger an alarm - whether the main system is set or unset.

In addition, a door contact is installed on the key safe door and wired as an entry/exit zone, typically configured in the same way as a front door. This allows for controlled access when the system is unset, while ensuring that any unauthorised opening when the system is armed will generate an alarm.

Together, these features provide both constant tamper protection and monitored access control, aligning the key safe with the security standards expected of a Grade 2 alarm system.

Extra tough anti-theft construction

The 2nd Generation P500 Pro has a number of anti-burglar features including a thick, hardened Zinc Alloy shell, a stainless steel backplate and an internal vault liner. We’ve also included an anti-tamper plate that covers the coded key safe mechanism to prevent accidental or unauthorised code changes.

Reliable performance, whatever the weather

The best key lock box for outside, P500 Pro is rust and water resistant and has been tested to work in temperatures between -32°C and 68°C. It includes a weather-resistant cover made from tough ABS plastic for further protection.
