Our professional installation service is provided by our trusted installation partners, Agency Express.

Installers are trained by The Key Safe Company to install our key safes correctly and securely, giving you added peace of mind that your key safe is fitted as intended.

Nationwide installation is available on our Police Preferred key safes.*
Professional installation costs £69.95 and is available for ark Tamo, ark Tamo Pro, C500 Pro and P500 Pro key safes.
Our installers are trained by The Key Safe Company, so they understand our products and their installation requirements.
Your installer will aim to contact you within 5–7 working days of delivery to arrange a convenient appointment.

How professional installation works

1. Choose your key safe
Select your police preferred key safe, available with professional installation.

2. Confirm your chosen key safe is suitable for the surface you wish to install onto.
C500 and P500 Pro cannot be installed onto render. Installation onto pebble dash is not recommended.

3. Add professional installation
Add the £69.95 installation service to your order and enter your postcode to check availability.

4. Your key safe is delivered
Your key safe will be delivered to your property.

5. Arrange your installation
Once your key safe has been delivered, our installation partner will contact you within 5–7 working days to arrange an appointment.

6. Your key safe is professionally installed
An installer will visit your property and securely fit your key safe, in accordance with the product's installation requirements and the conditions of its LPCB certification and Police Preferred status.

Installing onto render?

Installation requirements vary depending on the key safe and the surface it is being installed onto.

ark Tamo™ Pro: Can be installed onto rendered walls using the supplied installation fixings.
ark Tamo™: Can be installed onto rendered walls using the appropriate render XL Security Screws & Wall Plugs, sold separately.
C500 Pro and P500 Pro: These key safes are not suitable for render. They have been tested and certified for installation into standard brick and concrete only. Installation onto render will not maintain the LPS certification and Police Preferred status.

We do not recommend installing key safes onto pebble dash.

If you're unsure whether your wall is suitable, please contact us before ordering professional installation.

Installing more than one key safe?

If you require professional installation of more than one key safe at the same property, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

Before your installation

Your installer will contact you within 5-7 days of receiving your key safe
You will need to be present at the property for the installation.
Your installer will provide an AM or PM appointment window.
Please ensure the installation area is accessible and suitable for the key safe you've selected.

If you require professional installation for more than one key safe, please get in touch with us to arrange this.

If you need to rearrange your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

If you are not at the property when the installer arrives the installation will not go ahead and you will be required to rebook and pay for another one. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur an additional installation charge.
