Our approved installers will only be able to advise an AM or PM appointment time for the day of installation.
You must be at the property at the time of the installation for it to go ahead.
If you are unable to be at the property for the appointment, then please contact us more than 48 hours before your scheduled time. If you are not at the property when the installer arrives the installation will not go ahead and you will be required to rebook and pay for another one.
