We value honest and genuine reviews from our customers. Reviews help other shoppers make informed decisions and help us improve our products.
We only use third-party platforms (Trustpilot and Amazon) to collect reviews. While we do not collect reviews ourselves, we display Trustpilot reviews on our website using an integration.
What We Don’t Allow
- Fake reviews: Reviews must reflect a real customer experience.
- Incentivised reviews: Reviews written in exchange for money, free products, discounts, or other incentives are not allowed unless clearly labelled as such.
- Misleading use of reviews: We will not cherry-pick positive reviews, suppress negative reviews, or display reviews in a misleading way.
How We Manage Reviews
- Reviews are monitored regularly for unusual activity or patterns that could indicate fake content.
- Suspicious reviews are reported to Trustpilot or Amazon for investigation and removal.
- Staff are trained to recognise and report fake or misleading reviews.
Your Reviews and Complaints
- Leaving a review does not replace our complaints process.
- You are welcome to both leave a review and submit a complaint separately.

If you see a review you think is fake or misleading, you can report it directly via Trustpilot or Amazon, or contact our Customer Service team at hello@keysafe.co.uk.

We review this policy at least once a year to ensure it meets legal requirements and best practice for genuine reviews.
