I have purchased an installation, what's the next steps?
For the installation there is nothing you need to do right now; your install has been uploaded to our job board and will be pending allocation to the installationteam in your area. They will contact you within 3-5 working days Of receiving your Keysafe, they will then agree and book a date with you to come and completethe installation. If you have not been contacted after 5 working days, please give us a call on 0330 363 0303 or email hello@keysafe.co.uk and we will be morethan happy to assist and follow this up for you.
I have received my Keysafe but haven’t been contacted about installation
