Leading security and access management specialist The Key Safe Company has been recognised for its commitment to quality management in its latest ISO 9001:2015 audit.
The company has secured recertification of the standard, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to quality assurance in its products and customer service.
ISO 9001 is a globally-recognised accreditation which ensures companies have a framework in place for creating, implementing, and maintaining a Quality Management System.
The auditor recognised Key Safe’s detailed health and safety and environmental standards to comply with all regulatory and statutory requirements, as well as its clear KPIs which demonstrate how it achieves the best customer satisfaction, hits targets, manages and develops its team, and instils continuous improvement and quality assurance.
Key Safe has a long history with the ISO 9001, having held it since 2010.
