Market leaders in key safes, The Key Safe Company is set to exhibit at The Emergency Services Show for the first time, launching its new offering in personal alarms and showcasing its industry-leading Supra C500 key safe.

During the two-day event, which takes place at the NEC in Birmingham, the company will unveil its brand new One Touch Personal Alarm, designed to allow users the freedom to live independently in their home.

The One Touch Personal Alarm is a personal monitoring system, which, unlike many traditional services, allows the wearer to travel far outside their home. It operates using a mobile phone network and allows the end user to alert up to three contacts in the event of an emergency and activates a two-way conversation with the responder, who can alert relevant emergencies services if necessary.

Also on display will be the Supra C500 KeySafe™, which is the UK’s only police approved Secured by Design key safe that has been tested to the same security standard as an external door. The passcode-protected metal box provides a highly secure method of externally storing keys to the exterior of a property and can hold up to five keys.

Already used by 86% of local authorities and trusted by two million UK householders, the Supra C500 can be used to grant immediate access to first responders, paramedics and other emergency services, without the need to wait for relatives or neighbours or to force entry to a property.

Carly Baker of The Key Safe Company, comments: “Our two offerings are a vital resource for helping emergency services and first responders to reach patients in the quickest time possible. Our personal alarm ensures that if an emergency situation arises, relatives or carers can determine a user’s location within a matter of minutes and alert the relevant services.

“The Supra C500 has been widely adopted as part of care and support packages, and can ensure entrance is not restricted to a property if immediate access is required, saving time, resources and potentially lives.

“We recommend anyone interested in finding out how the products can support the work of the emergency services comes along to our stand to find out more.”
