The Key Safe Company Unlocks Support for Local School
A local high school in Droitwich has received a much-needed donation towards maintenance costs and equipment thanks to a local business’ generosity.
As part of its commitment to the local community, The Key Safe Company has showed its support to the Inclusion Centre at Droitwich Spa High School by donating £1,000.
The Inclusion Centre, which was founded 12 years ago, provides a safe and enjoyable environment for students, helping with the transition from middle school to high school. The Centre is available to all students, including those who may require some additional support and those with special educational needs.
The donation will help the Centre to continue to work with the individuals, who require targeted support, ensuring that each student’s needs are met and that adequate support is provided.
As well as providing much needed support, the Centre is also open throughout the day to students, including before school and at break times, offering a range of both indoor and outdoor activities, from table tennis and pool tables to a range of games consoles.
Paul Buckell, head of Inclusion at Droitwich Spa High School, said: “Here at the Inclusion Centre, we are a family and we all look out for each other. Every child matters and we want to provide the students with a sense of community.
“We would like to thank The Key Safe Company for their generous donations, it will make a huge difference and allow us to continue to support and provide for the students.”
The donation will help with maintenance costs and will also allow more equipment to be purchased for the Centre, helping them to expand and continue to support the students at the school.
Nicola Parsons, Marketing Manager at The Key Safe Company added: “We are delighted to be supporting a local school in Worcestershire. Droitwich High School has very close relations to members of staff at The Key Safe Company and we are thrilled to be able to give back to the community. It’s great to see such motivated members of staff at The Inclusion Centre and we are delighted to be able to help them”.
